What is a pre order

a pre order is when we don't have the product on hand but will be put into production after you place order it will take 25-35 days in production after your order is placed then it will be shipped to us then packed up and sent too you in 1-3 business days after it arrives easy.

 

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others. 

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

Can i refund or cancel order?

No, but you may cancel while the website is open. You may not refund when you receive it.

How do i wash my rambunctious jeans? 

Separate from the whites.
